PROCESS - Current Workflow:

Details & References → Rough sketch → Lineart/Cleaning → Coloring/Rendering → Complete!

An Email or Discord account is recommended to help keep track of the process, but if you prefer any other method, I can accommodate, just let me know~

Once you send me the details and references for your commission and I accept it, I’ll prepare and send an invoice to your PayPal address.

I’ll begin by sending you a rough sketch (or multiple options), and you can request any adjustments you need at this stage.

During each stage, we can refine the details and colors corresponding to that stage as needed and you can request any adjustments related to that stage. (See TOS – Revisions)

Throughout the process, I’ll send weekly updates so we stay in touch.

Once the illustration is complete, I’ll send you a merged PSD file (300 dpi) along with a PNG in web resolution, depending on the commission type.

If there's a specific purpose you need the file for, I can prepare it accordingly.

TOS - Terms of Service

• Personal Use Only
  • Commercial rights are not included unless discussed separately.
• Refund Policy
  • After the rough sketch has been sent → Only a 50% refund is available.
  • Once I begin the cleaning/lineart stage → No refund is available.
• Payment
  • You can choose full payment or a 50% upfront payment to begin the rough sketch.
  • After the rough sketch is approved, the remaining full payment is required to continue.
  • PayPal only.
• Timeline
  • Depending on the complexity of the commission, completion can vary from 2 to 4 months after full payment is received
  • If you have a deadline, please let me know in advance so I can adjust my schedule!
• Revisions

  • You may request up to 3 revisions per progress stage (sketch, lineart, color, etc.).

  • No major changes can be made once the cleaning/lineart stage has been approved by the client.

    → Major changes include things like: a completely different pose, changing the character design, adding or replacing complex elements, or anything that alters the core structure of the illustration.

  • If you need a larger change we can discuss it, an additional fee may apply depending on the complexity

• Digital Product
  • No physical items will be shipped. All commissions are digital files only.
• Artist Rights
  • I may showcase the finished artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or during art streams.
  • If you’d like the commission to stay private, just let me know and I’ll keep it unposted!
